ทางบริษัทได้ปรับเปลี่ยนนโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า น้ำแร่ ซิกตี้ ดีกรี โดยได้เพิ่มพื้นที่ ยกเว้นการจัดส่ง ห่างไกลบางไกลบางพื้นที่ ที่บริการขนส่งของบริษัทไม่สามารถเข้าถึงได้       

        1)   พื้นที่ให้บริการจัดส่ง บริษัทจะให้บริการจัดส่งสินค้าทั่วประเทศไทยในพื้นที่ที่สามารถเข้าถึงได้ทั่วไป โดยระยะเวลาการจัดส่งสินค้า กรุงเทพและปริมณฑล 3 – 5 วันทำการ และ ต่างจังหวัด 5 – 7 วันทำการ      

        2)  ข้อยกเว้นพื้นที่ห่างไกล สำหรับพื้นที่ห่างไกลและพื้นที่ที่ยากต่อการเข้าถึง เช่น เกาะ พื้นที่ภูเขา พื้นที่ใกล้ชายแดน และพื้นที่ 3 จังหวัดชายแดนภาคใต้ เช่น ยะลา ปัตตานี นราธิวาส       

        3)  การตรวจสอบสถานะการจัดส่ง

         1.)   Free delivery onorders nationwide, except for remote areas or special areas such as the 3southern border provinces or shipping across islands.    

         2.)  Product delivery time 1) Bangkok and surrounding areas 3 – 5 business days 2) Other provinces 5 – 7 business days.    

         3.)  Transportation may be delayed during salesperiods, public holidays, and unfavorable geographic and weather conditions.
